QME Copilot  ·  Version 1.0

Turn 1,500 pages of medical records into a signed-ready QME case package — in ten minutes, on your Mac.

QME Copilot drafts the Review of Records, Chronology of Care, Apportionment Signal Panel, exam checklists, ROM worksheets, and a suggested Final Whole-Person Impairment rating — every fact page-cited, every rating stamped Suggested — QME must verify. Built for California Qualified Medical Evaluators.

Built around the constraint that drives everything: PHI never leaves your computer.

Local-first by design

The medical-records PDF stays on your laptop. We are not a Business Associate. There's no BAA to sign, no server to trust, no cloud account to manage.

Works offline

The rule-based extractor needs no network. Bring your own Anthropic API key for the higher-quality path; only extracted page text crosses the wire, never raw PDFs.

Every fact is page-cited

Every claim in the draft report links back to the exact PDF page it came from. The QME signs everything. Every rating is stamped Suggested — QME must verify.

AMA Guides 5th Ed., DRE & ROM

Spine, upper-extremity, lower-extremity, and nervous-system worksheets cite their controlling chapter, table, and page. Combined Values Chart applied automatically.

What you get back, every case.

A single ZIP, ~70 deliverables, organized by priority — Read first, Core, Pre-exam, Exam worksheets, Rating & valuation, Billing.

Read first

Case Dashboard, Attorney Cover Letter, Extraction Quality Audit. Open these before exam day — everything else hangs off them.

Core report scaffolding

Review of Records, Chronology of Care, full QME Report Template (CCR §§ 35, 10606 / LC § 4628 compliant), QME-122 Coversheet.

Pre-exam intelligence

Deposition Prep, Cross-Record Conflict Panel, PTP/QME Divergence, Apportionment + Almaraz/Guzman panels, Sub Rosa scanner.

Rating & valuation

Final combined WPI, 2005 PDRS rating, settlement valuation range, MSA pre-screener, SJDB voucher analysis, SOL+CT timeline, SIBTF § 4751 screen.

Onboarding takes about ten minutes.

  1. Email Ryan. Send your name, firm, and the machine fingerprint your installer prints on first launch to ryan.inglehart@gmail.com.
  2. Receive your license file. A signed .license.json arrives by email. It's locked to your Mac — can't be forwarded, can't be edited, can't be forged.
  3. Drop the license file in place. The installer shows you exactly where (default: ~/.qme_intel/license.json).
  4. Run your first case. Drag a medical-records PDF onto the upload area. The full case package is in your Downloads folder in 1–10 minutes depending on page count.
